Job description

Blue Arrow are now recruiting experienced Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers to join our client based in Belper (DE56)
**** MUST have accredited and in date Reach Truck and Counterbalance certification****

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Supplying parts to busy production lines, ensure smooth changeovers (line feeding)
- Goods in/out, loading/ unloading,
- General FLT duties

ESSENTIALS:
- At least 6 months solid experience driving a Reach Truck.
- MUST have Accredited and in date Reach Forklift Truck and Counterbalance certification
- Due to location and shift patterns own transport is a MUST.
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job - this would encompass manual handling/picking/moving of boxes, as well as using machinery

As line feeder be prepared to hop on/off the truck during shift, use various types of MHE, move between warehouse and factory production lines.
Flexibility is a key, so all successful candidates are expected to be available for shifts as requested by management on site.
There are lots of opportunities to develop your skills and experience within our manufacturing company as we provide FREE Reach Truck D2 and H1 (tow truck) up-skilling training* (only available for drivers with valid and accredited Reach Truck D1 certificate).
Shifts available: Mornings (6:00-14:30) / Afternoons (14:30-23:00) Early finish on Fridays.
