Location: Crowthorne House, Wokingham

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities
An exciting opportunity to work with the growing build to rent team. The role will be to provide support to the BTR Client Manager and the wider Built To Rent team completing daily administrative tasks, as well as the assisting with the clients and negotiating and agreeing new tenancies.
K ey Responsibilities:
- Support the BTR Client Manager
- Processing new residents tenancies through our CRM system
- Providing support to the BTR team by progressing upcoming tenancies
- Liaise with our branch network to ensure marketing coverage is maximised
- Liaise with our branch network to ensure new lets are processed correctly
- Compile and evaluate monthly OPEX reports with the BTR Client Manager
- Attend site visits when required
- Maintain a good rapport with our branch network and also assist with ERVs
- Conducting various audits and reporting findings to the client manager
- Maintaining and creating spreadsheets where necessary
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Use Smartsheet for project management tasks and new site mobilisation.
- Work with the business analyst to provide up to date information for bespoke reporting both internally and externally, as required
- Travel to sites / local branch network as required by BTR team.
- Organise and create with the marketing team suitable press releases for coming soon campaigns and marketing incentives.
What are we looking for:
- This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems
- Exceptional client service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
- The successful candidate would benefit from a lettings background
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role
- Three days office based (Wokingham, Berkshire) and two days WFH
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Company Car will be provided
