About the job

Cornerhouse (Yorkshire) are looking for a part-time Street Based Outreach Worker for 20 hours per week.

The successful applicant will work in partnership with The Warren to deliver a programme of support to young people at risk of entering the criminal justice system.

The aims of the project are to:

• Improve outcomes for young people related to their health and well-being and their personal and social development
• Reduce the escalation to specialised services
• Encourage a positive change in a young person’s life
• Reduce the risk of participating in anti-social behaviour
