Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis to lead a prestigious bespoke residential project valued at several million £. The contractor can pay a strong salary, offer the opportunity to lead a site and have a real impact on the opportunity. They are seeking an autonomous, self-starter with a great track record of working on commercial and bespoke residential projects.

As the Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of the bespoke residential project in Dorking. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site, including coordination of subcontractors, materials procurement, and adherence to project timelines.
• Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Uphold our company's commitment to excellence, delivering a residential project that exceeds client expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on bespoke residential projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices within the residential construction sector.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid all mandatory
