First Recruitment Services is very pleased to be working alongside our established, reputable and very specialist client as they seek to recruit an additional member of permanent staff within their Sales team on a full time basis. The role:
The role is a consultative, service-led sales role, specialising in the handling of leads. The individual must be able to understand the concepts behind the product offering and relate these to the prospects personal needs in a non-emotive way.
The role demands for an individual who has good previous sales experience, preferably in a cold call setting. Someone who is confident in handling objections and is results driven will thrive in this fast-paced and commission rewarded role. Intensive 1-2-1 training and induction is provided to ensure that the successful candidate can competently hold a conversation regarding this specialist product without the need for previous understanding of the product offering.
