Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Arrange and coordinate candidate information sessions including parent information sessions where it will increase the supply for all our apprenticeship vacancies
- Deliver effective induction sessions to new apprentices and employers with the business development tea
- Provide candidates with relevant information, advice and guidance on vacancies and general apprenticeship information
- Support candidates with CV/application development and interview techniques
- Create sector specific talent pools from new and existing approved applications
- Ensure that all approved applicants are put forward for the vacancy they have applied for and then for future vacancies if required
- Provide employers with recruitment updates and assist them where required
- Promote vacancies both internally and externally using different methods
- Set up and maintain bespoke electronic filing systems to support the operational management of the organisation
- Meeting all procedures and conducting relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation is adhered to at all times
- Support any internal and external recruitment events when required
- Deal with all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service is always delivered, and be the main contact for any related correspondence and communications
- To support the cover of reception as and when required
- To support with providing outstanding communication and administrative support for any events and meetings hosted at Springfield Training
- To keep updated with all required company policies and operational procedures
- Actively contribute to the management of your own development and complete all apprenticeship tasks and objectives on time, including off the job training
The training you will be getting
Your apprenticeship training will take place within your workplace, the newly refurbished Springfield Training business hub.
You will be fully supported as you work towards gaining a valuable Customer service specialist Level 3 qualification.You will work alongside friendly, experienced colleagues who will be there to support you, in addition to the continuous support provided by your Customer service specialist teacher. Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
On successful completion of the qualification, there is a possibility of a permanent position at Springfield Training for the candidate.
