About Our Client
Our client is a household name charity focused on achieving a world free of poverty and driving change. The charity are looking for an Interim FP&A Lead to join their finance team for a few months whilst they recruitment the permanent position.
Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and budgets.
- Conducting financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in preparation of papers for Board and sub-committees.
- You will oversee two finance business partners.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Lead:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified)
- Knowledge of Charity SORP would be ideal.
- Extensive experience working in senior management accountant, business partnering or FP&A type roles.
- Experience managing/mentoring staff
