£23-25k Depending on experience
Monday – Friday with no Weekend Working
8.30am – 4.45pm – Office based.

Job Description:

My client is a small and unique property management company based in East Manchester offering exceptional customer service and knowledge of the property market. They have grown from strength to strength and now manage properties all over the Northwest and are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to take the lead with marketing properties on the open market.
You will be enthusiastic and passionate about the role; you will need to be outgoing and confident with a proactive approach and have experience of lettings administration. Good interpersonal skills are a key requirement for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Photographing and Marketing Available Properties
- Daily management of applicants
- Generate and conduct viewings in a professional manner.
- Process holding deposits and tenancy monies.
- Oversee tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks.
- Conduct inventories and have a keen eye for detail.
- Generate tenant move-in packs.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Renewals and Rent Increases
- Negotiate successfully on behalf of Landlords.
- Visiting properties around the Manchester area so a driving license is necessary for this role along with your own transport.
You will ideally have the following experience:
- Self-confidence and a motivational attitude
- Attention to detail – consistency and accuracy.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with property management software would be beneficial.
