Development Coach

Home Based (with travel as and when required)

Full Time, Permanent

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits (depending on experience)

Serco are a leading global services provider committed to delivering essential public services across Defence, Health, Justice & Immigration, Community Services, Leisure and Environmental. We provide Leadership and Management apprenticeships up to level 7 and are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Development Coach to join our team, responsible for guiding learners through their Apprenticeship programmes and ensuring an exceptional learning experience.

As our Development Coach, you will be responsible for a caseload of learners on their Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring they complete their learning within the planned timeframes and that their learning experience exceeds our customer expectations. In this role you will be responsible for the high quality delivery of Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeship programmes including Business Administration, Team Leadership and Operations Management.
