Position: Behaviour Mentor & Cover Supervisor
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor with robust behaviour management skills.
Comfortable and confident covering various subjects as a Substitute Supervisor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Relevant qualifications in education or behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to cultivate a positive and respectful learning environment.
Provide targeted support to students individually and in small groups.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans.
Act as a Cover Supervisor for various subjects when required, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
