Job description

A family based in St John Wood is looking for a caring and loving nanny to look after their baby. Mum is Italian and Dad is German. They would love to find a German nanny who will be able to speak German to him. It will be a sole charge position so they need to find a nanny who previously worked with a similar age. The nanny will be responsible for all the nursery duties including some batch cooking, doing his laundry, and keeping his room tidy. The baby needs to take some medicine three times a day. Their ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and will have a positive attitude.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8 am to 6 pm and Friday 8 am to 12 pm

Duties include:

preparing milk
organising the child’s daily schedule
changing nappies
cleaning and sterilising bottles
setting up nap routine
washing and dressing the child
playing with the child
taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
making sure the child is always safe and happy
maintaining a clean environment for the child
doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
