We are delighted to be working alongside one of the most reputable UK fit out firms as they look to add multiple QS (Quantity Surveyors) to their growing team. This role will be based in their Antrim offices on a hybrid model. Travel to sites with the team 2-3 times per month.

Excited to work on commercial properties across the UK and on marine? Do you have a background in joinery or surveying within fit-out and want to progress your QS career? Are you keen to get involved with a firm that has a long pipeline of projects over the next 3 years?

What you'll do:

• Work on projects in the region of £100million
• Provide pre-construction support for bespoke projects
• Ensure high attention to detail, as clients expect the highest quality work
• Take pride in your work and have a desire to work on larger projects with unique requirements

What experience you need:

• 2 plus years in a QS role
• Fit-out/joinery project experience
• Worked on projects worth over £10 million
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
