Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Craft automated email workflows and website triggers.
- Take charge of CRM marketing dashboards for insightful reporting and performance management.
- Ensure impeccable data quality for sales leads and customer contacts.
Strategic Account Targeting:
- Collaborate closely with sales to devise a robust customer acquisition strategy.
- Execute engaging email campaigns to drive sales engagement, constantly monitoring and optimizing performance.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Devise compelling LinkedIn campaigns for effective customer acquisitions.
- Formulate innovative social media strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
- Contribute to digital marketing strategies and plans, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Website Management:
- Oversee content management across multiple websites, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Monitor and enhance conversion rates to boost customer engagement and lead generation.
Leadership:
- Lead and manage team members with a focus on collaboration and achievement.
- Review and provide valuable insights on creative designs and content.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to establish and refine best practices.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing.
- 2-4 years of successful management in a marketing function, including leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the computing or technology-related industry.
- Proficient in CMS to enhance user experience and drive lead generation.
- Familiarity with Marketing CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Up-to-date understanding of current SEO best practices.
