Job description
We are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our Health, Safety & Risk business to be based in our Warrington office.
About The Role:
To be the go-to person for any non-technical support. The administration central support team will assist all business segments within the office, providing administrative support as and when required and giving clients and stakeholders alike a professional and consistent view of RPS.

Safe and efficient operation of the office :
- Switchboard (if needed)
- Support to general management of the office building, e.g. maintenance, cleaning, safety equipment, waste management.
- Office first aid and fire marshal duties
- Support to management of office risk assessments
- Management of office suppliers
- Ordering of PPE
- Offering administrative support to all technical staff – typing / editing of documents and presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning.
- Organising travel arrangements
- Support to the organising and logging of all staff training
- Creation of Project Profiles and CV’s for technical staff
- As required assisting the bid team in collating standard company information for Bids
- Assisting with Marketing tasks where required
- Annual Leave reconciliation
- Absence records
- Arranging return of computer equipment/mobile telephone for leavers
- Arranging mobile telephones for new starters
- Assisting the Business Support Manager (BSM) with Integrated Management System (IMS) associated administrative tasks
- Preparing credit notes and reissue of invoices
- Completing write offs for all general project codes & other projects as required
- Responsible for ensuring the COB data inputted each month
- Uploading supplier invoices to SharePoint
- Ensuring data for timesheets and expenses are completed weekly, approval gained and released
- Ensuring the Project Detail Reports are issued for internal and external invoicing
- Ensuring the budgets for all projects are kept up to date
- Creating project numbers and standard job folder template
- Client interaction to support the above
Assisting others:
- Undertaking other duties / responsibilities that assist the Operational Director or result in efficiencies within the office.
- Assisting the BSM as required

- Support management of security clearances, including liaising with clients
