SENIOR SITE MANAGER
LITTLEHAMPTON
250 – 280 PER DAY
4 MONTHS
Looking for an exciting opportunity as a freelance site manager in Littlehampton?
Look no further!
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team for a 4–month contract. The project is a mixed–use development consisting of both housing association and private homes, all at varying stages of completion.
As the site manager, you will report directly to the Visiting Contracts Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in line with health and safety plans and HS&E legislation. This includes checking subcontractor RAMS, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that safe systems of work are being adhered to.
In addition to health and safety, you will also be responsible for planning and short–term programming, production management, and quality control. It will be your job to ensure that all deadlines are met and to chair weekly subcontractor progress meetings.
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and 1st Aid Certificate. You must also have experience working both externally and internally, be able to read drawings, and have a good understanding of modular build regulations. Scaffold Inspection/Awareness would be an advantage. You will also need to have experience of working for a fast paced National Contractor
