An exciting opportunity to join the Agora Learning Partnership as a Headteacher has arisen. We are looking for a driven, dynamic and talented leader to become the Headteacher of Waterside Academy, in Welwyn Garden City.

The Headteacher will need to be ambitious for the children and be able to secure positive pupil outcomes as a result of highly effective strategic leadership.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who:

• Is positive, driven and committed to providing children with the best possible education
• Can lead a school to ensure the children continue to thrive and reach their full potential in a fully inclusive environment
• Can empower staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school 
• Builds positive relationships with stake holders
• Is keen to play a positive and active role in a multi-academy trust
