Business Development Manager
Hybrid working (National travelling position)
Full time, Permanent
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Tide has partnered with an exciting home care provider with a national presence to support the growth of the Business Development function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience in the domiciliary care area to develop their career supporting the individual franchises of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Quality Consultants & Standards Team to uphold Franchise Standards, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
- Provide external coaching support as needed and establish connections with external coaches.
- Share best commercial practices with business owners to support their journey and success.
- Collaborate with franchise owners on organisational modeling to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as the franchisor's representative, overseeing that the brand image and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Travel nationally across the franchises, working in close partnership with individual owners.
- Assist owners in recruiting and retaining high-quality Care Professionals.
Job Criteria
- A minimum of 2 years Business Development experience specifically in Domiciliary Care
- Working knowledge of CQC within Home Care
- Must have a full clean driving licence
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
