Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow or Alderley Edge

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team within in the Insurance industry. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our clients and customers. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer and stakeholder expectations.

 

The successful candidate will provide deep technical expertise to help teams design, develop, test, and implement efficient solutions that meet business and customer requirements. Using modern software development practices, patterns, and tools; the successful candidate will join a team building, running, and maintaining applications across front-end and back-end disciplines used by internal and external users. We are looking for Software Engineers with experience in .NET, Azure, SQL and working within Agile working practices. You will be given the opportunity to grow your career within a team focussed on promoting internal career progression. This role contributes to our purpose of strengthening the mutual choice for our customers, by providing the best technology solutions to our customers.
