Job description
We are actively seeking a dynamic Fund Manager to lead a talented team of 9, delivering high quality fund administration services for a diverse portfolio of private equity and venture capital funds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to the client, in accordance with established procedures
- Review work produced by the junior members of the team
- Company secretarial responsibilities including overseeing the organisation of client board meetings, review of board minutes etc
- Overseeing the processing of calls and distributions
- Overseeing the processing of investor transfers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Work on projects and process improvements
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
- Maintain adequate policies and procedures for the work conducted by the Funds Department
- Lead and contribute to projects and change initiatives across the organisation
- Continually look to identify areas of improvement, standardisation and increased efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of experience in administering private equity funds and associated vehicles is essential
- Strong knowledge of company secretarial and fund administration services
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
