Vehicle Mechanic
Cheadle, Staffordshire Moorlands
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Mechanic:
– Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, identifying and addressing mechanical issues.
– Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate reports on necessary repairs.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining technical issues in an understandable manner
– Work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.
– Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
– Carry out servicing and maintenance on all vehicles across brands.
Requirements of the Vehicle Mechanic:
– Previous experience as a vehicle mechanic with experience of working efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
– Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– A team player who is comfortable operating within set processes and procedures.
– A valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm 40 hours
Salary
Negotiable according to experience
