Job description
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager / Technical Sales Executive required to join a supplier of metrology equipment, including 3D scanners, portable measuring arms, CMMs, non-contact measuring / optical measuring equipment, and software.
The
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager will cover the Southern region, anywhere down from Oxfordshire.
You will be based on patch and ideally have knowledge of metrology equipment, 3D scanners, portable measuring arms, CMMs, non-contact measuring / optical measuring equipment, or other products used in manufacturing and precision engineering. You’ll be selling to Motorsport, F1 Teams, Automotive OEM’s, Aerospace OEM’s, Heavy Industry OEM’s and design and manufacturing SME’s.

Package £40,000 - £45,000
Uncapped commission (£80,000 - £90,000 OTE)

Role Selling metrology equipment, including 3D scanners, portable measuring arms, CMMs, non-contact measuring / optical measuring equipment and software
Manage and support an existing customer base
Working from home, covering the South of the UK
Selling to Motorsport, F1 Teams, Automotive OEM’s, Aerospace OEM’s, Heavy Industry OEM’s and design and manufacturing SME’s
Develop business relationships with certain Key accounts to maximise business
Identify and pursue new opportunities
Attend exhibitions
Requirements Exposure as an Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Executive or internal sales engineer looking to progress into area sales.
