Job description
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for loading materials from the depot in London and transporting them to the location in Crawley.
The successful candidate will be tasked with maximizing the number of trips made between the two locations within the designated working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport materials between the Crawley depot and London.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete all required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules.
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver preferred.
Knowledge of London and Crawley areas.
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
