Systems Accountant (Oracle cloud ERP)

Job description
I am looking for a Finance Systems Accountant to take a lead on the day-to-day support and administration of my clients ERP System, Oracle Cloud Financials.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of Financials, including updating securities and minor configuration changes
- Support Finance users with any queries or issues
- Drive best practice within the Finance team, delivering training on Oracle cloud functionality when necessary
- Ensure Business Processes are maintained and working correctly
- Liaise with 3rd party support partner (AMS Partner) and escalate any unresolved technical issues
- Take a lead on the bi-annual releases, implementing new functionality and communicating any changes to Finance team
Qualifications
- Essential: Background in a Finance role, preferably at least Part Qualified Accountant
- Essential: At least 18 months experience working with Oracle cloud Financials in a support capacity
- Essential: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a Financial Services firm preferred
- Ability to travel to the office (London or Madrid) 60% of your time
