Senior Associate - Corporate Real Estate

Location: Nottingham or Birmingham

A leading national law firm with a stellar reputation, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate Team. Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), you will play a crucial role in the Corporate Real Estate Team. The primary focus of this role will be on corporate real estate matters, with additional involvement in more general real estate transactions. You will collaborate with a dynamic and skilled team spread across the Midlands, Manchester, and London offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex corporate real estate transactions
• Provide expert advice on general real estate matters
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional legal solutions
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Corporate Real Estate Team

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Proven experience in corporate real estate law or general real estate law with a desire to specialise in corporate real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple locations
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
