Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it serves.
We are looking to appoint an empathetic, organised, and warm individual to work as an integral part of our Inclusion team. Our ELSA will work with students from Years 7 to 11, offering meaningful support to ensure students are able to be successful, recognising and realising their full potential. You will be working as part of an energetic and committed Inclusion team within a dedicated area with counselling rooms and extensive support opportunities for our students.
The Inclusion team are passionate about ensuring all students are supported to become exceptional learners and that they have the resilience and drive to achieve all that they are capable of.
We will provide a highly supportive working environment, regular supervision and are committed to professional development; there is an excellent training programme in place as well as opportunities for career progression.
We are keen to receive applications from experienced ELSAs. Applicants with the right skill set and aspirations for young people are also invited to apply as we are able to support the right person to complete their ELSA qualification.
