Job description
As the Demand & Supply Planner you duties will include, however will not be limited to:
- Creating short-term and long-term production plans based on demand requirements
- Creating Sales and Operations planning inputs ensuring that demand changes are understood and communicated to suppliers
- Managing capacity impacts and communicating these within the Business
- Maintaining Supplier relationships via regular interaction to ensure performance issues are reviewed and escalated when and where required
- Raising purchase orders for inbound deliveries and communicating all transport requirements to the 3PL's including tracking the 3PL performance
- Ad hoc projects as required
