Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Benchmark, you will:
Define and own features across our software products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the Head of Product to maintain and evolve the Product Roadmap.
Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, overseeing their line management and recruitment.
Support the development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions for our .NET applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
Professional qualifications (e.g., ISEB, Agile Practitioner, SAFe POPM).
Deep understanding of financial services, particularly the financial advice sector.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and coach others.
