Regional HR Business Partner 

Home-based with regional travel 

Permanent, Full Time

£45,000 - £55,000 p.a

The Role

As the Regional HRBP, you will be instrumental in driving the development of the people agenda across the region. 

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

• Collaborate with regional managers to develop and implement people plans that support business growth objectives.
• Lead on change projects, providing expert advice and guidance to support the region's growth.
• Lead on employee relations cases, engagement strategies, and talent development plans 
• Line manage a regional people team, developing their capabilities and providing support 
• Work closely with people managers to deliver training and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Travel - Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel regularly across the midlands region. Additionally, due to the location of the services, you will need to hold a valid driving licence and have access to you own vehicle.

Job Criteria - Essential:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• CIPD-qualified or equivalent
• Multi-site experience

Job Criteria - Desirable:

• Knowledge or experience working within the healthcare sector is highly advantageous
