Job description

Lead and inspire high-performing teams across various locations in ROI and Northern Ireland.
Drive sales and profitability by setting and achieving commercial targets.
Responsible for P&L management, GP and driving EBITda across 15+ stores.
Ensure operational excellence in all stores, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies for team growth and development.
Build strong relationships with store teams, providing support and guidance when needed.
Collaborate with the Head Office to implement company-wide initiatives.
Monitor and report on district performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations.
