LTF Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and welcoming partner primary school, located in the Birmingham, B8 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and success of students who require additional support in their educational journey. Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Work closely with individual students, providing 1-1 support tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement strategies and interventions to support students' learning and development.
• Support students with their social and emotional well-being, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the SENDCO and other professionals to implement targeted interventions and monitor student progress

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• A relevant qualification/degree is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with students, teachers and parents
