My client are a fast growing business who have a hugely supportive working environment and have grown from strength to strength due to landing major clients. Advanced Excel is key with Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
- Acting as the 1st point of contact for all retail client queries including logistics, internal sales and marketing teams and major retailers.
- Making sure that all order processes have been completed to high standards in accordance with SLA's.
- Reporting into the Commercial Director and providing any ideas to improve services.
- Complete the order flow and report ant delays accordingly using systems including Xero and Excel.
- Regular team meetings with the Supply Chain divisions to provide feedback on services.
- Liaising with retailers and sales teams to ensure any delivery issues are communicated in a timely manner;
- Production of New Line Forms.
- Updating retailers on monthly basis with new/discontinued lines, and price changes.
- Setting up price lists on required software platforms and managing EDI database.
