Remuneration: Circa £110,000

Description: Part or Full Time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice mixed, well established practice near Stoke, Staffordshire. 
•    EXCELLENT UDA RATE
•    EXCELLENT PVT EARNINGS (£3K-£5K per month)
•    50% split on private and labs
•    Fully computerised surgeries - Paperless practice
•    Mentoring available for Implants, General Dentistry and Cosmetic makeovers
•    Invisalign provider would be advantageous but not essential (increasing PVT potential)
•    Digital x-rays
•    Intraoral cams
•    Rotary endo
•    OPG 
•    Existing, well maintained list plus new patients
•    Therapist on-site 3 days per week
•    Experienced & loyal support team
•    30 minutes to Stafford, 50 minutes to Macclesfield
•    Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
