Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for a new role?

A regional house builder have a requirement for an experienced Sales Executive to join their sales team. You will initially be providing additional support on their existing development and will later move onto a brand-new development based in Warrington.

Sales executive role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for responding to all leads generated and aim to achieve required conversion rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity and securing the best price. The Sales Executive will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion, and will ensure that properties are ready, to company standards, at handover and that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

" Proven experience in similar role within new build housing
" Excellent organisation skills
" Self motivated and driven
" Proven experience of sales progression and contract chasing
