Associate Director (Farm Consultancy) Job in Newbury, Berkshire

I have a Associate Director job working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK for their Farming division. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who has experience in the rural sector and a proven track record in the Farm Business consultancy. This role is offering a salary of up to £70,000 with a Car Allowance of £6,500.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. They are now looking for a Senior Associate Director to become a key member of the Farm and Estate Management team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic property advice to estate and farm owning clients
• Undertake the primary day-to-day relationship and rapport building role with clients
• Take responsibility for or offer assistance with valuations and tax planning, and occasional buying and selling of land or property
• Manage landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
• Manage Farm and Estate employees
• Provide and offer concise, practical, and reasoned advice to clients as and when required
• Liaise closely with the Head of Department to win new business
• Take the lead in supporting the development of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the rural sector (Private or Resident Agent background)
• Either an MRICS, RICS, FAAV qualification
• Excellent IT skills
• Full UK Driving license.
