Job description
International pharmaceutical company has a newly created role for a Legal Counsel to work from its UK base in the East Midlands.
The role will involve taking responsibility for managing the legal issues within the UK and will require a sound knowledge and understanding of commercial and corporate law in addition to a commercial and pragmatic mindset.
Working across the business, the Legal Counsel will have direct engagement with internal clients as well as liaising closely with HR and Regulatory teams and colleagues in the HO Legal team based in Swtizerland.
It is likely that the ideal candidate will be an experienced in-house counsel with 5-10 yrs pqe and will have worked within a pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
This role offers maximum flexibility in that it can be full or part-time and involves hybrid working. Ideally there will be weekly or bi-weekly visits to the office as well as occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
