Job Description
As Warehouse Shift Manager you will report to the Senior Shift Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations
- Implement and uphold safety standards within the warehouse
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory, ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient stocking
- Manage the timely dispatch of goods to the appropriate destinations
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance productivity
- Implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency
- Comply with all FMCG industry regulations and standards
The Successful Applicant
The successful Warehouse Shift Manager candidate based in Dartford will come with the following skillset:
- Strong people manager - emphasis on people development and engagement
- Key stakeholder management experience
- Experience within an automated environment is a nice to have
- Happy to work across a night shift
