Digital Content Editor needed in SE London

The hourly rate is £25.24ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will oversee content on digital platforms, including website and intranet.

They will develop and lead a content design community across the organisation, setting content standards and taking responsibility for ensuring content is up to date, consistent and meets expected standards. The role will be responsible for ensuring content on the website and intranet meet current accessibility standards and can be easily accessed and understood by our residents and staff, and will work closely with colleagues in the Communications and IT teams.

Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties:

• To oversee, edit and curate the website and intranet content
• To manage, train and update a community of content editors across the organisation, ensuring content is relevant, up to date, accessible and consistent
• To act as a key link between the Communications and IT teams
• To take a direct role as content designer for our most complex services, creating and accessible content for our most vulnerable residents
