A constantly growing and successful Sports Fashion brand, who are manufacturers, Designers of non-branded sportswear are on the hunt for a Senior Business Development Manager. This person will get a chance to manage a sales team in the future! You will be dealing with the School Wear Sports Market, building relationships with Resellers who sell to the end user. The salary is £40k-£50k + £5k comms first year £10k 2nd year + Pool car. This brand also works with big sports companies as well as in the Education market! They have the “go to” range of premium-quality, unbranded sportswear for a wide range of top brands, retailers, resellers, and garment decorators.What are we after?*Someone who can manage key existing accounts and really open them up further!*A New Business hunter and relationship builder*A highly Professional sales approach with a clear strategy, seeking to engage with decision makers and business owners to build lasting, meaningful, and mutually beneficial customer relationships. *Each solution that is sold, is tailored to the customer and is not just box shifting.*We are after a consultative sales professional whose Telephone sales, face to face sales and written communication is at a high standard. *A strong commercial instinct with a proven track record over several years in converting strong prospects through the customer pipeline.*A highly Professional sales approach with a clear strategy, seeking to engage with decision makers and business owners to build lasting, meaningful, and mutually beneficial customer relationships. *Experience within the Sportswear and / or the Schoolwear industry is preferred but is not essential, as would a keen interest in sport more generally. Sports interest is important!*Manage and drive forward day to day Sales projects, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm, liaising directly with the Sales Director, and working closely with the marketing manager. *CRM experience is essential as the successful candidate would be required to ultimately oversee and manage daily Sales office CRM activity re new leads and opportunities with existing customers.Further details on the role:*You will be using a fully expensed pool car which will be kept at the offices.*There is no WFH as you are on site, where the products are – and they may need to be taken to meetings. *There MAY be flexibility for 1 days WFH but this will need to discussed in the interview *The commission will be £5k in the first year and £10k in the 2nd year + bi-annual bonuses depending on company performance. *There will be parking on site If you feel you are right for the role, APPLY or call on Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
