Location: The Grimsby Institute.
The TEC Partnership consists of the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education (GIFHE), East Riding College, Colleges at Scarborough and Skegness, a Regional Employment Training Team, a National Apprentice Training team, a Maritime and Logistics Company (Modal) and other satellite offices throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

This exciting new role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage the further education curriculum areas of Enterprise (Business and Travel & Tourism), Hospitality and Childcare Studies.
In this role, you will work with the curriculum teams to drive improvement in the quality of teaching and learning and the overall student experience. You will provide operational and tactical leadership for the area in accordance with the Partnership’s overall curriculum strategy, including the introduction of new provision and the ongoing development of existing provision.
You will be educated to degree/ higher level qualification level and it would be desirable that the successful candidate holds a teaching qualification. You will hold an appropriate qualification in Management/ Education or be willing to work towards. You should also be able to demonstrate proven experience of leading a team to achieve good to outstanding success rates and achieving outstanding outcomes for learners.
