About the Pub
The Clarence Hotel is a large detached building that benefits from a prominent road side location, providing opportunity to market the business efficiently and attract passing trade. The property is located in the affluent village of Greenfield on the edge of the Saddleworth Moors. The pub has developed a fantastic reputation for its food complimented by a quality drinks offer. The local community are the core customer base therefore this business boasts a loyal and established trade.
