Must Haves
- Can obtain sc clearance
- Proven experience in Civils Construction, from design through installation.
- Nuclear Industry experience preferable
- Strong understanding of construction sequence and EPC projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and 3D BIM models.
- Experience with NEC contracts and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and key delivery partners.
- Familiarity with 4D visualization and 3D models.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing planning management and support to both pre-contract and contract operations.
* Coordinating with bid and construction teams to manage planning and programming aspects of bid proposals and multiple ongoing projects.
* Producing, managing, and updating construction programs, communicating them to internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing and incorporating change events into construction programs to secure full entitlement under the contract.
* Tracking design deliverables effectively and updating procurement schedules.
* Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting processes.
* Proactively using Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and managing project risks.
* Mentoring and coaching assistant planners and planners
