I'm working with a well-renowned public sector employer based in Belfast City Centre to hire a talented payroll manager to oversee their busy payroll function. Their purpose is to provide vital support to some of the most vulnerable in our communities through housing.

Your new role

You will be reporting directly to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, with oversight of the day-to-day payroll function. This will include ensuring payroll accounts are reconciled monthly, ensuring payments and deductions are accurate and processed according to protocol. You will be managing the timely responses to staff queries, report on the payroll function and overseeing systems upgrades within the function.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPP qualified
• 3 years payroll experience
• Experience using integrated payroll systems
• Knowledge of HMRC compliance
• Confidence responding to payroll queries

What you'll get in return
