We are seeking a number of experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our team to ensure the continued success and growth of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to complex technical projects to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
• Interpret technical requirements from 3D models and engineering drawings
• Define production solutions and equipment requirements
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Optimise manufacturing costs and champion First Time Right capability
• Develop and validate robust processes
• Incorporate advanced quality planning principles
• Generate production documentation and support operations teams
• Contribute to manufacturing system design and technology research

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of complex manufacturing processes in aerospace/precision machining environment
• In-depth working knowledge of complex components and processes, including multi-axis machining , wet treatments, surface modification, ALM, bonding, joining, and final assembly across various manufacturing disciplines
• CNC/CADCAM Programming experience
• Experience in managing competing priorities within cross-functional value streams
