Job description
Purpose of the job
The Head of Delivery is responsible and accountable for the delivery of all projects and services, as well as supporting strategic development of the business, to achieve agreed financial and developmental objectives, whilst ensuring high quality service and delivery standards on existing contracts and expanding work scope.
A critical success factor is the identification and development of strategic relationships with existing and potential clients, leading the development of new business opportunities that increase profitable order intake, aligned with the overall growth strategy of Nuvia UK.

Key Accountabilities
· Approach all aspects of work with a ‘Safe Way is the Only Way’ mind-set for self and others, meeting all relevant QSHE standards and obligations.
· Responsible for individual contract delivery, observing all Company governance requirements and practices.
· Participate and support in tender submissions, final price and commercial negotiations to secure orders at approved margins.
· Continuously improve client service levels and thereby satisfaction, thus optimising Company performance whilst building and deepening client relationships.
· Collaborate closely with clients to identify, develop, secure and provide Nuvia solutions to meet their needs - be a ‘Solution Provider’.
· Provide timely market intelligence and competitor activity feedback to relevant personnel within Nuvia, contributing to the generation of sustainable competitive advantage.
· Operating as ‘One Team’, position Nuvia as the trusted partner for our clients.
· Work cohesively with counterpart management team personnel to ensure the optimal utilisation of all necessary resource, agreeing a set of priorities where competing demands exist. Emphasis placed on Safety, Delivery, Tendering, Procurement and Quality.
Consistently look to implement process improvements to deliver benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
Occupational Skills and Knowledge
· A degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Project Management)
· A member of a relevant professional institute
· A technical and/or commercial background with the ability and confidence to meet clients at all levels to discover, develop and deliver their requirements.
· Experience of leading and managing a team with demonstrable results. Understand and interpret the relevant industry standards and specifications.
