Job description
Taylor Root has been instructed on a fantastic Legal Counsel role with a global insurance business, who are looking to recruit into their Leeds office.
As Legal Counsel, you will be supporting the executive team on a range of commercial and general legal matters across the group. Key responsibilities will include negotiating and providing commercial legal advice on contractual agreements and supporting employees with GDPR and data privacy enquiries.
The ideal candidate will be between 4-7 PQE working as a commercial lawyer at a reputable law firm or in a highly regarded in-house team and solid experience in data protection matters and IT/IP contracts.
