An international engineering firm require a Financial Accountant to join their business on a 9-12 month contract. If you are an ambitious, driven individual, this is an opportunity to gain experience within a global market leader.

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a leading Engineering business based in the Dungannon area, who are recruiting a Financial Accountant to join the team on a 9 - 12 month contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and reporting of monthly Management Accounts, including assisting the Financial Controller in all aspects of financial management.

This is an opportunity to join a business who operate on a truly global scale, having been market leaders within their sector for 20+ years.

About you

• Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant
• Experience of working with a large ERP system
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to present financial information
• Ability to work as part of a large team
• Experience in a deadline driven environment

What you'll do

• Preparation of month end financial information
• Reporting of monthly management accounts
• SOX internal testing
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with internal & external auditors
