Building Surveyor needed in Exeter

The hourly rate is £19.35ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: 5244938

The successful candidate will be required to survey minor works reactive maintenance jobs on non-housing properties. Qualities required are good communication skills, able to visit a range of properties within the Exeter area, determine a course of action in line with the priority matrix and liaise with colleagues to get contractors to attend.
