Zoflora is the largest consumer brand in the Thornton & Ross portfolio. Since its launch in 1922, Zoflora has expanded its product portfolio offering from Concentrated Disinfectant, the number 1 brand in the UK, to a multiformat perfumer developed fragranced cleaning brand. A key part of the Zoflora growth strategy is to grow household penetration of the brand within the UK.
Role Purpose
Managing a team of 4 multi-disciplined Product Development Scientists, you will be responsible for the technical ownership of the local and global, new product development pipeline – both strategically and operationally.
Working in partnership with Marketing, Portfolio Management, Regulatory, Manufacturing Procurement and the wider cross functional team, this leadership role is critical in ensuring flawless execution of on-going maintenance, existing product development and new product introduction, with a mindset of continuous improvement and global STADA collaboration, across the Home-Hygiene product portfolio.
As well as the NPD and EPD delivery aspect of this role, there will be exciting projects focused on new technology platforms and sustainability that you will be involved in as well as managing the technical relationship with our third-party suppliers such as our fragrance houses and you’ll have an opportunity to learn about fragrance technology.
