Deputy Nurse Manager
£21.24 per hour
Belfast

I am recruiting for an experienced and driven nurse to take on the position of Deputy Nurse Manager!
The position is located in a lovely nursing home facility which specialises in Elderly Care and is Dementia Registered.
The successful candidate will be required to assist the Nurse Manager in the day to day running of the home.

This may look like:

• Overall quality control. 
• Liaising with the appropriate outside agencies to ensure the compliance with the minimum care standards. 
• Developing and overseeing care plans. 
• Practicing within the NMC code at all times. 
• Demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients, relatives and other members of staff within the home. 
• Leading by example and assisting in upholding the standards of the home. 
• Working with the Nurse Manager to uphold the highest standard of patient care.
