An exciting opportunity for a Client Accountant - Team Leader to manage the team responsible for Service Charge and Client Accounting for one of the companies most prestigious clients. The successful applicant will be based in London and will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets all financial reporting deadlines.

Description
The Senior Client Accountant - Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage the Service Charge and Client Accounting team to ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports and data analysis to support the Client in strategic and operational decisions
- Liaise with clients to address any financial or accounting-related queries.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Client Accountant - Team Leader should have:
- Relevant accounting qualifications
- Must have proven experience in a similar role working with Commercial Clients ideally managing a team
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Job Offer
The successful Client Accountant - Team Leader will be entitled to the competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, along with these other benefits:
